Buyer Workspace
Receive sealed bids — nothing opens before its time
Suppliers submit through a secure link. Their responses stay sealed until your committee records the opening, so the process is fair by construction rather than by policy.
- Responses arrive sealed: no one on the buying side can read a submission before the recorded opening, not even workspace administrators.
- Late bids are rejected automatically with the supplier notified — the closing time is enforced by the system, not by someone's inbox clock.
- Draft and withdrawn responses never enter evaluation; evaluators only ever see what was properly submitted on time.
- The opening is recorded with time, attendees and contents of each envelope, producing an audit trail that stands up to review.
- After opening, submissions flow straight into scoring and approval — no re-keying, no exported spreadsheets.

A response stays sealed until the buyer records the opening — evaluators cannot peek, and late or draft submissions never enter evaluation.

Why sealed matters
Procurement rules in most jurisdictions require bids to stay unopened until a formal opening. When the platform enforces it, compliance stops depending on individual discipline: there is no button that opens a bid early, no shared inbox where prices can leak, and no ambiguity about what arrived on time. Suppliers trust the process because the rules are the same for everyone.
