The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank (the Bank) towards the cost of the Second Kenya Urban Support Program (KUSP II) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The aim of the consulting services (“the Services”) is to conduct, for each municipality, a municipal-wide road-sector and storm water infrastructure master planning and to identify two (2) priority projects upon which to undertake feasibility studies, detailed engineering designs, climate risk profiling and preparation of procurement documents and environmental / social impact assessments. The Consulting Services is expected to be for a period of seven (7) calendar months from the date of contract commencement. 3.
