Project P508693 — Guyana One Health Project · Method: Request for Bids · Goods · SPECIFIC PROCURMENT NOTICE Request for Bids Goods Country: The Cooperative Republic of Guyana Name of Project: Guyana One Health Project (P508693), Ministry of Health RFB Title: 1. GY-HSDU-MOH -576558--GO-RFB - Supply and Delivery of Road Ambulances The Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the One Health Guyana Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract(s) for: i) Supply and Delivery of Road Ambulances The Project Executing Unit of the Guyana One Health Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Seventh Edition, September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Procurement Specialist, Guyana One Health Project, Ministry of Health by email at procurement.gohp@moh.gov.gy and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00hrs to 15:00hrs, Monday to Friday at the address given below. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be uplifted by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the email address procurement.gohp@moh.gov.gy Qualifications requirements include (but are not limit to): Submission of NIS and GRA Compliances (for Bidders registered in Guyana), Valid Business or Company Registration, experience, financial and technical capacity. A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically shall not be applied. All bids must be accompanied by a signed Bid Securing Declaration. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Document. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
