The consulting services (“the Services”) include Consultancy Services of Two (2) Independent Verification Agents (IVAs), Under Two (2) Separate Lots — Lot 1: Off-Grid Solar (OGS), Lot 2: Productive Use of Energy (PUE) And Clean Cooking Solutions (CCS) Under the Results Based Financing (RBF) Program The Terms of Reference (TOR) can be found at the following website: www.ueccc.or.ug The UECCC now invites eligible Consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: General experience of the firm/company of at least five (5) years in verification and audit of donor-funded and/or Government programs. At least three (3) completed, similar assignments involving independent verification and audit of RBF (or comparable results-based) schemes of wide geographical coverage, entailing sampling, collecting, compiling and analysing data. Documentary evidence should be in the form of completion certificates. Experience with the rural economy through past assignments, including familiarity with rural energy interventions with energy product or service providers.
