The consulting services (“the Services”) is to design, develop and operationalize an archiving, information management and decision support system for dam safety that can encompass the full lifecycle of dams in the portfolio. This includes the following main tasks: Inception Phase Current State Analysis Employer’s Requirements Definition Data and Information Management System Asset Management System Decision Support System Preparation of Bidding documents and Completion. The Detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be found at the following website: https://www.mwi.gov.jo/Ar/Tenders The Jordan Valley Authority ( JVA ) now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. A consulting firm is allowed to submit the expression of interest alone if it considers itself to be fully qualified on its own for the assignment, as it is not mandatory for consultants to associate with any other firm(s), whether foreign or local.
