Credit No.: 7041-PK Reference No. PK-PLRA-563095-GO-RFB The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payment of Procurement of DGPS Equipment for GPC Survey. The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab now invites sealed bids along with value of bids security of PKR. 2,000,000/- from eligible bidders having relevant experience for the said procurement. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One-Envelope method using national market approach in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below or from the website. A pre-bid meeting which potential bidders may attend physically or virtually through Zoom link on request at pspiupulse@punjab-zameen.gov.pk or +923088456301 will be held on September 23, 2026 at 1100 hours (Pakistan Standard Time). The bidding document in English language may be downloaded by interested eligible Bidders from the website: https://pulse.gop.pk/ . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1100 hours October 14, 2026 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
