Project P180811 — Indonesia Health Systems Strengthening Project · Method: Request for Bids · Goods · Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids Goods (Two-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: Indonesia Name of Project: Indonesia Health Systems Strengthening Project Contract Title: Procurement of Vaccine Refrigerator Loan No.: 9626-ID (IBRD), L0787A (AIIB), 4430-INO (ADB) RFB Reference No.: ID-PMU SOPHI-542999-GO-RFB The Government of Indonesia has received joint co-financing from the World Bank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Indonesia Health Systems Strengthening Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Procurement of Vaccine Refrigerator. For this contract, the Borrower shall process payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, except for payments to be made through a letter of credit, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, and the Asian Development Bank’s Loan Disbursement Handbook. The Ministry of Health (MoH) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Vaccine Refrigerator (1,872 units) that will be delivered, installed at several location including training, operational support and maintenance services. The expected delivery schedule shall be within two (2) years after the contract signing date. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding document. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” of September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Committee 6 IHSS, MOH through email at pc6_sophi@kemkes.go.id and inspect the bidding document during office hours at 09.00 to 16.00 local time at the address given below. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents.
