Tenders are invited for the operation of the information technology environment of the Marine and Freshwater Research Institute (the Contracting Authority), covering the following service areas: • User support (helpdesk and general user support) • Workstations and endpoint devices • Servers, infrastructure and virtualization • Databases • Backup • Network equipment • Network and telecommunications systems at the Contracting Authority’s premises and on research vessels • Information security • Documentation and knowledge transfer • On-site presence In addition, the description sets out requirements that apply across all service areas: • Service levels (SLA) • Invoicing • General operational matters This is an open procedure pursuant to Article 34 of the Public Procurement Act.
