Scope of works
The contracting authority, Nav hjelpemiddelsentral Trøndelag, invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations for transport services to and from nav assistive aids centre and from and to municipal collection/reception places in Trøndelag county. Nav hjelpemiddelsentral Trøndelag is a unit in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. The contracting authority needs aids for municipal reception places in Trøndelag county (36), as well as return of used aids to the contracting authority with the main warehouse in Brøttemsveien 105, Tiller, in accordance with requirements set in the tender documentation. The largest part of the procurement consists of scheduled driving. Extra driving/rush transport in accordance with orders from the central in advance will occur. The main rule is that each municipality shall have transportation and collection of goods once per week. The route overview that is in use at the time of announcement is a part of the tender documentation. Trondheim and Malvik municipalities are not included in the competition. The chosen procedure is a tender contest with negotiations above the EEA threshold with 2 steps:1. Prequalification phase; This notice; Documentation for both phases is attached.2. Tender and negotiation phase. 3-5 tenderers will be chosen for the negotiation phase. Contract start: 01.01.2027. The framework agreement period is four years with option for extensions/extensions. The estimated contract value, including options, is approx. NOK 44.5 million excluding VAT. Nav hjelpemiddelsentral Trøndelag has two locations: trondheim location with main warehouse and levanger location. The total value of the deliveries in 2025 (without Trondheim and Malvik municipalities) was NOK 293,764,768. The number of aids provided in 2025: 61,762. The number of aids delivered in the same period: 32,726, when Trondheim and Malvik municipalities have not been considered.
