Tender Description
The Bermuda Post Office (BPO) is looking for a logistics and digitized service partner to provide a secure, non-exclusive, e-commerce, package-receiving, consolidation and mail forwarding service. The service shall include a BPO-branded customer online platform; secure overseas warehouse facilities; package receipt, inspection, notification, repacking, relabeling and scheduled air or ocean dispatch to Bermuda. The service provider shall also include a customer service team; facilitated merchant returns and the management of restricted, dangerous, abandoned or undeliverable goods; end-to-end shipment with track-and-trace, online payments functionality with accurate advance electronic data transfer, customer and shipping manifests and supporting documentation to facilitate pre-arrival clearance and operational dashboards.
